KATHARINE A. DOLIN, Esq., is a summa cum laude graduate of Drew University. She majored in psychology and Spanish and was inducted into the Phi Beta Kappa honor society while there. Ms. Dolin was awarded a full scholarship to Seton Hall University School of Law and graduated cum laude. She was a member of the interscholastic moot court board, winning Best Brief at the Herbert Wechsler national moot court competition, and a courtroom advocate for victims of domestic violence in the New York Family Court system.

Ms. Dolin joined the Missouri Attorney General’s Office Public Safety Division in March 2013 and specialized in homicides, sex crimes, and public corruption. She was also the Director of the Missouri Attorney General’s Sexually Violent Predator Civil Commitment Unit, where she supervised 13 attorneys and 5 support staff. From 2019 to 2021, she was also detached to the United States Attorney’s Office for the Eastern District of Missouri to prosecute violent crime in St. Louis with the Safer Streets Initiative. In 2021, she prosecuted first-degree murder case State v. James Addie live on CourtTV. That case was made into the first ABC 20/20 episode of 2022.

Ms. Dolin has tried over 50 cases and three multi-day habeas corpus evidentiary hearings in state and federal court. She has completed briefing and oral arguments in all three districts of the Missouri Court of Appeals, the Missouri Supreme Court, and the Eighth Circuit Court of Appeals. She has also briefed several times in the United States Supreme Court. She has received awards from the Attorney General’s Office for Mentorship, Excellence in Litigation, and Excellence in Written Advocacy, as well as the Missouri Bar’s Lon O. Hocker award, given annually to three attorneys under 40 who have shown excellence in trial advocacy. Ms. Dolin holds law licenses in Missouri, New Jersey, and New York.

Ms. Dolin is excited to apply her prosecutorial skills and courtroom experience to representing victims of medical negligence in her home state of New Jersey.
