DIANE TIMMS, DO is double board certified in Obstetrics & Gynecology and Maternal-Fetal Medicine with a passion for women’s health.  She feels that ALL women, regardless of background or history, deserve high quality care and has dedicated her medical career to evidence-based practice in addition to numerous leadership roles that have positively impacted the community.

Dr. Timms attended Rutgers University-Douglass College, where she obtained her undergraduate degree.  She then received her medical degree from the University of Medicine and Dentistry of NJ followed by residency at Cooper University Hospital and fellowship at the University of Connecticut.  Along the way, she also obtained a Master’s in Molecular Genetics, a Master’s in Clinical Research, and an MBA.  In addition to practicing Maternal-Fetal Medicine, she also participates in medical education, training residents and fellows.  Her goal in joining Weiss and Paarz is to ensure that families who suffer due to medical malpractice are able to get the help they need to recover their lives.

Outside of work, Dr. Timms spends as much time as possible with her husband and four wonderful children.  When she’s not with them, she can be found at the barn riding one of her horses.
