DYLAN G. LAMORTE, ESQ. is an associate with the firm licensed to practice in New Jersey and Pennsylvania.
Prior to joining Weiss & Paarz, Mr. LaMorte clerked for the Honorable Richard S. Hoffman, J.A.D., Superior Court of New Jersey, Appellate Division.
Mr. LaMorte is a graduate of Rutgers University where he received his bachelor’s degree in political science. Thereafter Mr. LaMorte attended Rutgers Law School on both a Dean’s Academic Scholarship and an Alumni Scholarship. He earned his law degree with honors. During law school, Mr. LaMorte externed for Justice Lee A. Solomon of the New Jersey Supreme Court. He was a summer associate at a private law firm and a judicial extern for both the Honorable Thomas T. Booth, J.S.C., Superior Court of New Jersey, Civil Division and the Honorable George S. Leone, J.A.D., (ret.) Superior Court of New Jersey, Appellate Division.
In addition to his extensive intern experience, Mr. LaMorte was an active member in the Rutgers community while he was earning his law degree. He served as a teaching assistant in Legal Writing, a Lead Notes Editor for the Rutgers Law Review, and a Student Bar Association representative. Additionally, Mr. LaMorte participated in the Honorable Judith H. Wizmur Bankruptcy Pro-Bono Project, where he conducted client interviews and helped local citizens file bankruptcy petitions.
In his free time, Mr. LaMorte enjoys going to the beach, working out, reading, and spending time with his family.
