
Weiss & Paarz is pleased to announce that Sarah Weiss has been elevated to Partner, effective August 1, 2026.
Sarah has focused 100% of her years in practice on litigating plaintiff’s medical malpractice claims. She has earned a reputation for thorough investigation, tenacious advocacy, and an unwavering commitment to helping families who are dealing with catastrophic injuries as a result of medical malpractice.
Sarah has concentrated on a wide range of medical malpractice case types including but not limited to hypoxic ischemic encephalopathy (HIE) birth injuries, cerebral palsy birth injuries, Erbs Palsy birth injuries, wrongful death claims, prenatal misdiagnoses, and various forms of emergency or hospital malpractice such as sepsis misdiagnosis, stroke misdiagnosis, cancer misdiagnosis, and claims involving pediatric populations. Sarah’s practice emphasizes building strong evidence-based cases while carefully guiding clients through complex litigation. She also manages the firm’s support staff and firm administration.
Sarah obtained her law degree from Rutgers University on a full academic scholarship and an undergraduate degree from George Washington University in Psychology: Cognitive Neuroscience and Mind-Brain Studies. She is admitted to practice in both New Jersey and Pennsylvania and is a member of both the New Jersey and Pennsylvania bars. She was selected as a Super Lawyer Rising Star in the field of Plaintiff’s Medical Malpractice beginning in 2021. She was also selected as a Top 40 Under 40 Civil Plaintiff Trial Lawyer in Pennsylvania by the National Trial Lawyers and made the Ones to Watch list by BestLawyers.
