Partner David Krolikowski, Esq. Joins W&P

Weiss & Paarz is happy to announce the latest addition to our firm, partner David J. Krolikowski, Esq..

David joins the firm with over 15 years of experience in complex medical malpractice law having practiced in Pennsylvania, New Jersey and elsewhere in the northeast region of the country.

Mr. Krolikowski has a diverse technical background in biology and biotechnology and prior to becoming a lawyer, spent the beginning of his post-graduate career as a molecular immunologist. After law school, it wasn’t long before David became a shareholder in one of the largest medical malpractice defense firms in the country. Following years of success defending complex claims, David chose to leave his position to join Weiss & Paarz because he had a change of heart: “I would rather help patients and families impacted by poor medical care than try to defend it.”

Mr. Krolikowski has authored or co-authored several articles appearing in professional literature and frequently lectures on the subject of medical malpractice litigation and strategy.  He is dedicated to advocating for competent, quality medical care and we are thrilled to have him as part of our highly specialized, career-long medical malpractice attorney team!
